Craighead Playground
The playground and pavilion were constructed in 2008-2009 with countless hours of careful planning and hard work by many of the men in our congregation, under the oversight of Duane Clark & Wayne Russell. It is dedicated in memory of Shelby & Tyler Craghead, children of Scott & Kim Craighead, and grandchildren of James & Juanell Craighead.
The playground was officially opened and dedicated on April 26, 2009 with prayer and a fun time of food and fun for the Antioch family.
A Note from the Craigheads . . .
Words can’t express the love and support we have felt from our church family. We are honored by your friendship, your love, and your willingness to share our grief. The dedication of the playground in memory of Tyler and Shelby was a bittersweet time for us but with your love and support, it was a good night. Our church family has needed a place for children to play and the playground will be a joyful place for years to come. Thank you.
