1. How do I join this site?
Return to the home page, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the link to join.
2. Why join the site?
There are a few private features that are only available to members of the site.
3. I already joined the Site. Why can't I access member phone numbers and addresses?
Member phone numbers and addresses are hosted off-site and a separate username and password is required for that. You may be able to use the same username and password for both places, depending on availability. Your email address must be on file with the church office to access member phone and address information.
4. I am having trouble accessing member phone numbers and addresses. Who should I contact?
Sheryl Friend maintains the database that contains this information. She can be reached at 615 834-3063.
5 I am having problems with another website feature. Who should I contact?
Barbara Biffle is the Site Administrator and can handle most issues you may encounter. Andrew Sowards is the webmaster .
6. I only get text when I access the website.
You probably need to download Adobe Flash.
7. How often is the site updated?
Prayer requests and funeral arrangements are usually updated within an hour after we receive the update. Other items are updated as needed. If you see anything on the site that is out of date or incorrect, please notify the Site Administrator ASAP.
8. I am involved in an Antioch Church of Christ ministry that is not represented on the website. How do I get a page added?
Contact the Webmaster or the Site Administrator at 615 834-3063 and we will be glad to discuss the possibility of adding a page devoted to your ministry. We do request that you provide details (and photos if possible) and we will be glad to do the rest. We also ask that you provide updated information concerning the ministry as it becomes available.
9. I am unable to print a web page. Some have encountered problems printing some of the pages on our site. If this occurs, we recommend copying and pasting the text into a
Word or other text document and printing that. We apologize for any inconvenience.
