Leadership
The elders are members of the church who provide care and oversight. They teach the church, review major ministry decisions and strategic initiatives, and oversee church discipline. They use their wisdom, discernment, and shepherding gifts to ensure the church remains on a true course biblically. Scripture indicates that the ultimate human decision-making authority in the church rests with the elders.

Pastoral Care
The Antioch Shepherds and Ministers are available for Pastoral Care for our members and those in our community seeking God for answers to the various challenges life brings.
Shepherd’s prayer
All of our 10 Shepherds are available for praying for you and over you during any of our scheduled services on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Time can also be scheduled by appointment for Monday night Elder’s meetings.
Pastoral Minister on Staff
Wayne Holt serves Antioch as both a Shepherd and Minister. His primary responsibility is leading our small group ministry. Wayne also supervises our Marriage Savers and Freedom in Christ ministries.
Marriage Savers
This is a pre-marital and post-marital mentoring ministry using the personal assessment tool, Prepare Enrich. Trained Shepherds, Ministers, and their spouses serve as mentor couples to guide couples through this proven program.
Freedom In Christ
A step-by-step guide to help you resolve personal and spiritual conflicts. Break free from bondage and renew your mind. Experience daily victory as a child of God. This is the Neil Anderson program, who is the author of Victory Over the Darkness and The Bondage Breaker.
Financial counseling
Steve Diggs, author of No Debt, No Sweat, provides personal and family financial counseling by appointment.
