Elementary School Ministry (Grades K-4th)

The Elementary School Ministry's mission is to help children gain a foundational understanding of God and His movement through all history, including today.  Through this we are committed to helping children think like Jesus.

Our vision is for children to know God’s Word, grow in God’s Spirit and show God’s love.

Welcome to Antioch's Elementary School Ministry!  If you are taking the time to read this, I know you are invested in your child's spiritual growth and wellbeing and for that I thank you.  You are entrusting your children to us, the ESM team, and we want to provide a safe, uplifting environment for your child to learn about God.

I firmly believe it takes a village to raise children equipping them to fight of Satan in the world that we live in today.  Antioch has an amazing village to assist you in raising yours.  The ESM mission and vision you will see below point to that and coincide with the church's values.  I pray for your children regularly as they will be our next leaders in the community, in the church, in the world.  I ask that you keep the ESM in your prayers as well that God will work through this ministry to strengthen our children and families as we bring up our children to be more like Jesus.

If you EVER have any questions or concerns, feel free to email me.

Blessings,
Stacy Whittington

Stacy

Stacy Whittington became the Elementary School Minister in July 2018.  She works with grades Kindergarten through 4th grade.  Stacy is a dietitian by education but has a passion for developing curriculum and shaping hearts of children to guard their innocence in the crazy world we live in!  She still teaches adjunct in the nutrition field to maintain her credentials but spends most of her working time invested in the children at Antioch.  She finds joy in serving Antioch families and visitors through creating a safe and welcoming ESM area and building relationships with parents and children.  She is overjoyed to see children and families growing within our Antioch family.

Stacy is married to Shane and they have three children:  Sanora, Graesyn and Lawson.  Shane works alongside Stacy so feel free to reach out to him at any time as well.
